PRICE LISTED IS PER CLASS Fulfill your “Forged in Fire” fantasy! Come make your very own hand-forged knife alongside an experienced bladesmith.
You’ll design a basic knife, heat the steel in the forge, and hammer it into shape. After hand-forging your blade, you’ll clean it up on a grinder with expert guidance. Next comes the quench: you’ll heat the blade again and plunge it into oil to harden it. Finally, you’ll temper the steel, finish the blade, and fit it with a beautiful hardwood handle.
When you leave the forge, you’ll take home a custom knife worth as much as—or more than—you paid for the class!
Pricing is based on materials, consumables, and the costs involved in making the knife. Most knives can be completed in two sessions, though some students need a third session depending on experience and pace (we always try to finish in two).
